The VersaTuner licence
VersaTuner Lite retails at $249 and VersaTuner Pro at $399. The licence is what covers the software and licensing your car, and it is the standard RRP — a one-off cost, not ours to mark up.
Our maps are then our labour, expertise and tailoring.
If you already hold a VersaTuner licence, you do not need to buy another.
If you are local to us and want an in-person tune, you do not need a licence†.

Naturally aspirated, at every level — from completely standard, through to upgraded exhausts and intakes.
We tune for the actual airflow going through your engine: maximum brake torque at part throttle, and maximum power at full throttle.

For naturally aspirated applications we also build bespoke maps for E85, race fuels and octane boosters.
Safe catalyst temperatures, lambda rebalanced, and ignition tables reworked across the rev and load range, so the car drives smoothly everywhere — not just under full acceleration.

Already have a map from us, and fitted a new exhaust, intake, throttle body or anything else that changes the picture?
The process is exactly the same as a fresh map. Because you are already a customer, it is half the price.

Forced Induction
Turbo and supercharger setups. These take more time to dial in, so they are quoted individually.
Safe boost and ignition timing, with the direct injection fuelling fully optimised for boost, rail pressures and firing angles — so you get everything the Mazda OEM fuel system has to give.

Worth knowing
Economy Map
We do not offer one, because it is a falsehood.
Every map we write focuses on fuel economy at part throttle and maximum power at full throttle. Exactly how it should be. We do not hand anyone a map with only the wide-open-throttle parameters changed and call it a product.
No Risk to You
Add a package to your basket and we confirm your car and setup before taking payment.
We will not charge you a penny until you are 100% comfortable with what work you require and how we will perform our tailoring service.
Extra Features
Launch control, per-gear rev limits and the like can be built into your map at no extra cost.
Ask for them when you send your logs. Anything added after your final maps are delivered goes through the Map Updates package.

Your optimised map, plus an identical one built for the fuel grade below it. No extra charge, on every package.
† In-person tuning. When mapping in person, as a Pro Tuner we can tune your car with our master files. However, should you want map updates or to do your own data logging in future, you would need the licence. Customer’s choice.
* Refer a friend. The offer is valid only if the new customer quotes your order number. It can be redeemed more than once, up to a total of two times for a 20% refund. The discount is applied to the total of your invoice but cannot be more than the sum of the labour. Offer valid for 12 months after your purchase.
